We are looking forward to another Ask an Expert Speaker Series with the AVE team, our members and Guest Speaker Faezeh Peyman.  

 

We are hosting an exciting Q&A Session with Faezeh Peyman, an Engineer with 18 years’ experience. Feel free to bring your engineering questions and hear Ms. Peyman discuss her exciting career as a Reservoir Engineer and how she creates value in her position. This is an opportunity for our members to ask any questions they would like Ms. Peyman to address. We hope that you come and join us for a great informative discussion, happy hour drinks, appetizers! Please feel free to invite anyone you think would enjoy this planned event, exciting discussion and networking with a great group.

Faezeh Peyman Mini Bio

 

 

Faezeh Peyman is an Engineer with 18 years’ experience.  The most recent 11 years have been working as a reservoir engineer, the most recent six of those years have been at TAQA North in Calgary.  Her Bachelor’s degree is in mechanical engineering from Tehran University in Iran.  She worked for five years in Tehran, the majority of that as a Team Lead of a reservoir evaluation group.   When Faezeh moved to Canada in 2004, she padded her education with a Bachelor of Applied Petroleum Engineering Technology at SAIT in order to get a strong understanding of the Canada Oil and Gas industry and she has been creating value in Calgary oil companies ever since.  

 

In a voluntary capacity Faezeh has been involved in promoting women in STEM and was one of the participants the inaugural meeting that led to the formation of AVE Networking.  She has also been involved in WinSETT as an organizer and promoter of WinSETT events in Calgary.  When she finds spare time, she travels the world.
